Jw2 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Introduction

Jw2 is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between jw2 and its members.

By opening an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any of jw2's services, you are automatically considered to have read and accepted these terms. Please read the full document before registering.

2. Account Registration

A valid account is required to access jw2's services. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and your own.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be confiscated.
• After opening an account, you may be asked to complete identity verification (KYC). A copy of your National ID or passport may be required.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact the support team immediately.
• Jw2 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until account verification is complete, for any reason.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to become a member and use jw2's services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and your own.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.
• Jw2 may request proof of age if there is any doubt. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension.
• Opening an account on behalf of a minor constitutes a breach of contract.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Jw2 keeps its financial transaction rules clear and straightforward. The following policies apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method.
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket. Bank transfers are also accepted.
• Deposits are typically instant. If a deposit has not arrived within 1 hour, please contact support.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to your registered payment method.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. Delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus balances can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Funds must be withdrawn using the same method used to make the deposit.

Jw2 is committed to preventing money laundering. We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious transactions and may be required to report them to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Each bonus can only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• Jw2 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. However, changes will not apply to bonuses that have already been claimed.
• Bonuses may be voided if suspicious betting patterns are detected — for example, using a bonus exclusively on one type of bet.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on jw2:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Jw2 reserves the right to void any bet placed with incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed indefinitely, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• In live betting, a bet remains valid if it was registered on the server at the time of any disconnection.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match (arb betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits apply. Any amount placed above the limit will be void.

Jw2's decision shall be considered final in any betting-related dispute.

7. Responsible Gaming

Jw2 believes gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a source of financial hardship. That's why we help members set their own limits.

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily deactivate your account for a set period of time.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jw2 platform:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Match fixing or colluding with other players to place bets.
• Attempting to manipulate the system using software, bots, or automated tools.
• Threatening or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward jw2 staff.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

• Use of false information or a fake identity.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Extended inactivity on the account (over 12 months).

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, provided no dispute resolution is in progress.

11. Changes & Updates to Terms
